The President's Ambassador Council connects the Chamber to members and prospects by building relationships. Additionally, Ambassadors serve in a public relations capacity to welcome new members, assist in member retention and serve as volunteers at a variety of Chamber events. Ambassadors enjoy special opportunities to interact with Chamber members to improve the level of services the Chamber can offer to its members.

Ambassador Openings

The Chamber currently has openings for positions on its President's Ambassador Council. Ambassadors receive visibility, make valuable business contacts and gain experience in a variety of leadership opportunities

The President's Ambassador Council connects the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce to members and prospects by building relationships. Ideal candidates should have familiarity with the Chamber, having attended Chamber events and/or programs for at least six months. Candidates should be leaders within their organizations and have the ability to arrange their own schedules.

Interested candidates should contact Tammi Collins for a Prospective Ambassador Package including a copy of the Ambassador Bylaws, an application and CEO pledge. Once a completed application is received, the candidate will be scheduled for an interview with Ambassador leadership and Chamber staff. Upon recommendation from the Ambassador Council, the candidate is then recommended to the Board of Directors for final approval.
